Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Entertainment Store Group in association with Life Like Touring (Australia).

  2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion (“the Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

  3. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only. Employees and their immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the Promoter are ineligible to enter. 

  4. The Promotion commences at 12am on the date of publication, and closes at 12pm the day after publication. Entries received after the closing date and time will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected entries. 

  5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, receipt number and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. 

  6. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

  7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must enter their details on the website at www.entertainmentstore.com.au 

  8. Customers are permitted one entry per Promotion. 

  9. Winners names are drawn from the entries made during the Promotion. 

  10. The prize winners will be notified by email of the date and time of performance. 

  11. The prize is subject to the winners being able to fund the transfers to the nominated venue. 

  12. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or a component of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or the said component of the prize will not be redeemable for cash and forfeited. 

  13. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and nonredeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. 

  14. Any change in the value of the prizes between publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter. 

  15. Entrants agree that the Promoter may use the personal information they provide for any purposes associated with this competition, including notifying winners and any promotional purposes. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in the competition. All personal information collected and used by the Promoter will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant State’s Privacy legislation. 

  16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or loss of earnings) or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with the Promotion, any omission to enter a person into the draw, acceptance of the prize or the prize itself, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in the event that shows are cancelled or dates are rescheduled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.
