Cartoon Network’s new hit TV series GENERATOR REX takes place in the aftermath of a global accident, where microscopic machines known as nanites have merged with every living thing. For a select few, the nanites mutate their hosts into monstrous creatures called E.V.O.s (Exponentially Variegated Organisms).
Rex Salazar is 15 and like most 15-year-old boys, he likes cars, girls, music and sports. But unlike most 15-year-old boys, he can make his fists the size of boulders and turn his legs into a lightning-fast motorcycle. Rex is an E.V.O., but unlike the monsters he battles, Rex has control over his nanites, allowing him to create amazing mechanical limbs and gadgets that aid him in battle. He can also cure people who have been turned into hideous E.V.O.s.
Bobo Haha is a talking E.V.O. chimp, Rex’s sidekick and the one who keeps things interesting. He's always ready to have a good time, especially if that includes taking down some bad guys. Can Rex and Bobo help the secret organization Providence save the world from the nanite threat and dangerous E.V.O. monsters?
